      Starting June 1, 2005, SEMCO Management, Inc. is pleased to be able to offer employees a new payday convenience - Direct Deposit. Now employees can have their entire paycheck automatically deposited in their checking or savings account on payday. And employees do not have to change their present banking relationship to take advantage of this service.
    • Paid Vacations:
      All permanent employees working an average of 20 hours or more per week receive two weeks paid vacation time after six months of employment during the first five years of employment, three weeks during years six through ten, and four weeks after ten years of employment. At year end, up to 40 hours of unused vacation time may be rolled over to the next year.
    • Holidays:
      AAll permanent employees working an average of 20 hours or more per week receive seven paid holidays that include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a floating holiday.
    • Sick Time:
      All permanent employees working an average of 20 hours or more per week accrue a half day of paid sick time per month of employment after six months of employment. At year end, up to 24 hours of unused sick time may be rolled over to the next year.
