When a firm becomes a Subscriber with Semco we fully take over the responsibility for the Employees that are leased to our Clients. In some cases we take over a Subscribers existing employees, others we meet with prior to hiring, such as a new business or practice. Semco Employees are eligible to participate in our 401k Plan.

Semco gives you the Pension flexibility that you are looking for. Our employees can be legally excluded from our Subscribers Plans because they have the benefit of good faith collective bargaining (they are Unionized).
